About drop-in usage

Please tell me your business hours.

Weekdays 10:00 – 19:00.
Only the private booth on the 4th floor is open from 7:00 - 19:00 on weekdays.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please check the NEWS page for other holidays.

Can anyone use drop-in right away?

Anyone can use it without any joining fee or examination.
Please make a reservation from the reservation page on our website or visit us directly.

Do I need an appointment?

Reservations are recommended for private rooms and conference rooms.
If space is available, you can use it without making a reservation, but if you want to be sure you can use it, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
*Reservations can be made from 60 days in advance.
Open spaces can basically be used without reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Only cashless payments can be used.
You can use various methods such as credit card, transportation IC, QR payment, etc.
*Site reservations can only be made by credit card.

Can I leave during the coworking session?

You can come and go freely during check-in.
Please note that if you are a drop-in, you will be charged usage fees even while you temporarily leave.

Can you issue a receipt?

It cannot be issued on the reservation site.
Basically, it will be delivered at the store.

If you would like it, please let us know so we can send it to you in PDF format.

The 4th floor elevator side entrance lock does not open during times when there is no staff (7:00 - 9:59 on weekdays) (*Reservations have already been made)

We will send you an email 1 minute before your scheduled time.
Please check there for instructions on how to enter.

If you have not received the email, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.

  1. Entering the 4th floor ① Please come to the store at the reserved time (you cannot enter before the reserved time).
    ②Please scan the QR code at the entrance from the check-in section of the app.
    ③Click the “Select” button for reservation and press “Start using”.
    ④The screen will change, so press the "Release button next to the entrance" from the "List of keys".
    ⑤The door will be unlocked, so please enter.
  2. Entering the 4F private room ① Please operate in front of the reserved private room)
    ②There is a numeric keypad on the door, so please press the password written in "Message" on the app to enter.


If the above method does not cancel your request, we will contact you by phone, so please call us from LINE ( https://lin.ee/KSaajfj ).

I don't know how to enter the private room on the 4th floor when there are no staff members (7:00 - 9:59 on weekdays).

落し物・忘れ物のお問い合わせにつきましては、お電話か問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
・拾得日より3ヶ月経過したものは処分の対象となります。
・状況に応じて、保管期間を短縮する場合もございます。

Facility information

Are staff always present?

yes.
Our staff is always on hand at the reception on the 3rd floor from 10:00-19:00 on weekdays.
If you have any troubles, please feel free to contact us.

Can I have a conversation in the open space?

If you are seated somewhere other than the silent booth, there is no problem in speaking.
Web meetings are also possible if you wear earphones.

What kind of equipment do you have?

We have the following equipment available.
・Drink server ・Printer ・Shredder ・Office convenience store ・Supplies such as chargers and cables

*Office convenience store and equipment rental only available during manned hours (weekdays 10:00-19:00)

Is there Wi-Fi and power supply?

High-speed Wi-Fi with download speeds of 160Mbps is perfect for online meetings. All seats are equipped with power supply.

Is it possible to eat and drink?

Is possible.
However, please refrain from eating foods and drinks with strong odors, as well as drinking alcohol.

Is there a smoking area?

It is not located within the facility.
There is a designated smoking area within a 1-minute walk, so please use that area.

Is there a bicycle parking lot/parking lot?

It is not located within the facility.
Bicycle parking is also prohibited on the building grounds and in the driveway in front of the building, so please use the nearby bicycle parking lot or parking lot.

About monthly plans

Can it be used by corporations?

We also have a corporate plan available.
If you wish, please contact us .

What day of the month is the monthly plan renewal date?

It is the 1st of every month.
It is automatically renewed every month, and the minimum contract period varies depending on the plan.

Can I start my monthly plan in the middle of the month?

yes.
Pro-rated payments are available for all plans.

Can I cancel my monthly plan immediately?

yes.
If you have a contract other than a private booth, you can cancel your contract at any time.
Please note that you cannot be billed on a pro-rata basis for the month of cancellation.
However, the cancellation process may take some time, so please contact us as soon as possible.
